Alison Kelly

Broker/REALTOR

A little about me...

For almost her whole life, more than 30 years, Alison has called High Point home. She grew up in the Davidson County section of High Point and attended Hasty Elementary, Ledford Middle, and Ledford High School (Go Panthers!).

She didn’t always appreciate the small-town vibe and moved to Wilmington, NC. There she attended UNCW and obtained a BA in Communication Studies. At the end of those four years, she was ready to go back to her roots and was able to convince her college sweetheart, now husband, to leave his hometown of Raleigh and join her in High Point. Their family now lives just over the Davidson County Line in Shadow Valley with their two precious children Mary Claire (4) and Baker (2) and a small pack of pets (Winnie, Ella, Bean, and Sprinkles).

In the years after college, she worked in Advertising Sales and then Insurance Sales. She loved the challenges of working in the sales world but felt like something was missing. She and her husband bought their first home and boy was it a fixer-upper. After that very eye-opening experience, she became fascinated with Real Estate. Getting her Real Estate License felt like a natural choice. She enrolled in Superior School of Real Estate in August of 2015 and began her career at Allen Tate in December of 2015 and never looked back.

When Mary Powell asked me to join Delille Home, it felt like the perfect fit and I’m excited to see all that is in store for us. I am truly passionate about helping my clients reach their goals, whether you’re a first time home buyer, a family who needs to expand or downsize, or an investor buying your next project, I enjoy being a guide through the process.

High Point is her home base but over the last five years, Alison has explored and sold homes from East Bend to Burlington and everywhere in between. There will always be challenges but she prides herself on making each transaction as pleasant and smooth as possible.

The Real Estate market is dynamic and it’s important to stay informed. There is more to that than reading market stats and running reports. Being involved in this community helps give her an edge on things that are happening that could also impact the market. She stays connected not only because it’s my job but also because she cares. This is her way of making a difference in people’s lives, selling homes in her hometown.
