Raised in a real estate family on Long Island, New York, Kik brings over 20 years of industry experience to her clients. She began her career on the mortgage side with Fortune Financial Group before transitioning into sales with Cobble Court Realty, where she represented high-profile clients and luxury estates in the prestigious East End of Long Island. She later founded Real Refined LLC, serving clients across both Northern Virginia and Orlando.

 

After marrying an Air Force officer, Kik spent 24 years crisscrossing the globe, experiencing more than 13 moves while serving alongside her family. That journey gave her a deep appreciation for the challenges of relocation, which she now brings to her real estate practice with empathy and expertise.

 

Now based in High Point, North Carolina, Kik leverages her extensive background to serve one of the nation’s most dynamic and fast-growing markets.
