A little about me...
Vilmaris, known affectionately as Vil, was born and bred on the enchanting shores of Puerto Rico.
She attended Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico and received a degree in Business with a specialization in Management. After college, she ventured into the dynamic world of telecommunications, where she worked in customer service and sales.
In 2014, Vil moved to North Carolina, following her husband who joined the military. From the moment she set foot in this state, she discovered a deep love and appreciation for all that it had to offer. From the ever-changing seasons and picturesque landscapes to the charming coastal towns and majestic mountains, she knew this would be her forever home.
Since 2018, She has lived in High Point with her husband and their two beautiful children Mia and Kayden. Together, they have embraced small-town life and all the simple pleasures that the greater High Point area has to offer. She is an advocate for the unique charms and hidden gems that High Point holds.
Driven by a fascination for real estate and a passion for transforming spaces, Vil teamed up with her husband to acquire their first investment property in 2022. With this new project, she took on the challenge of renovating and creating a space that would captivate guests. After the success of this project, she decided to expand her expertise in real estate and acquired her real estate license.
With her foundation in customer service and sales, Vil ensures that her role as a real estate broker is one of trust, utmost care, support, and, of course, building long-lasting relationships with her clients. In addition, she is fluent in both English and Spanish which allows her to serve a broader community and provide personalized service to individuals from various backgrounds. Her goal is to help people find their own happy place within a community where they can plant roots and build cherished memories, just as she did.
